Strap on your apron, get your tongs at the ready and prepare to indulge in a smorgasbord of rich musical treats, because Future Entertainment is returning to the grill in January 2010 and turning up the heat with the biggest Hot Barbeque to date.
Now in its third year, Hot Barbeque has forged a solid reputation for delivering an intelligent, boutique and ultimately unique festival experience for music lovers far and wide.

And, from vibrant market stalls and food vendors to roving street performers, art installations and craft demonstrations; this truly eclectic carnival celebrates the senses and affords a cultural kaleidoscope like no other.
Having previously resided at Melbourne’s Birrarung Marr and Sidney Myer Music Bowl respectively, 2010 sees the Hot Barbeque juggernaut move to its biggest and most amazing location to date: the picturesque Point Nepean Quarantine Station at Portsea.

The Hot Barbeque 2010 will also see the inclusion of several food vendors from the Mornington Peninsula serving up and showcasing the region’s finest and freshest local produce.
